A Downtown–Country Connection, Made with Love
We’re residents of Northshore who love our life in downtown Austin — the skyline, the lake, the rhythm of the city. And we also love spending our time in the Texas countryside, where we’ve built a small regenerative farm devoted to care, sustainability, and honest living.
Now, we’re bringing these two worlds together.
We’re launching with fresh, pasture-raised eggs, hand-collected daily and delivered directly to our neighbors at Northshore. These eggs come from happy hens raised the old-fashioned way — on open pasture, with respect for the animals and the land.
But that’s just the beginning.
We also raise chickens and cows, so you can expect seasonal offerings of ethically raised meats, along with sprouts, herbs, and unique farm-grown goods — always thoughtfully produced and harvested. Some things are grown in small batches. Some are available only once in a while. That’s part of the magic.
