Hi, we are the litchfield family

We are a family devoted to building a better reality—together, in joy, connection with nature, and through creating tangible, positive outcomes.

Back in 2020, as the world slowed down and everything changed, we made a decision that had been growing in our hearts for a long time: we bought our ranch. At the time, we had a milking cow, a handful of chickens giving us the most delicious eggs, and a little garden where herbs and vegetables thrived under our care. We were already practicing regenerative cultivation and learning to listen to the land. But we felt a deeper call—to go all in. To grow real food. To restore the soil. To raise animals with love. And to build something that could nourish not just our family, but our wider community too.

That’s how this journey began. And it’s grown into something more beautiful than we could’ve imagined.

Justin is a PhD chemist by training, a software architect by trade, and a builder in every sense of the word. Whether he's wiring electronics, plumbing water lines, seeding our feilds, or tending to our cattle—he’s always in motion, creating. He even designed our gardening robot, fusing his passion for technology and sustainability right into the soil. If something needs fixing, upgrading, or inventing, he’s already sketching the next solution with a cup of coffee in hand and a curious glint in his eye.

Irina is a global thought leader in financial technology and the New Space economy—but her first love has always been nature. From a young age, she felt the intelligence of plants and the healing presence of the natural world. That connection has only deepened here. Whether she’s out harvesting honeysuckle, making elixirs or blending small-batch skincare using rare botanicals and cannabinoid-rich extracts, every formula is part of a greater intention: to care for the body, nourish the soul, and honor the Earth. Her work bridges science, beauty, and spirit in every drop.

And then there’s Valentina—our daughter and our heart. She’s grown up alongside this land and is already one of the most dedicated members of the ranch. She loves animals, adores being outside, and takes pride in every bit of work, from gathering eggs and working the cattle to helping prep for market days and even driving the tractor (yes, really!). Watching her grow with the land has been one of the greatest gifts of this life.

Together, we show up every week at the farmers market as a family. We don’t just come to sell what we’ve grown or made—we come to connect. To share stories. To trade recipes. To remember what community really means.

This is who we are.

A family building something rooted in love, sustained by soil, and guided by the belief that a better world grows from the ground up.

Our approach

We believe reality is inherently beautiful—and that as humans, we are here not to dominate it, but to steward it. Our approach is rooted in reverence: for the Earth, for each other, and for the unseen intelligence woven through all living things. We are here to nurture and cultivate that beauty—through our land, our work, and our relationships—while fully integrating ourselves into the rhythms of nature, not apart from it. Everything we grow, make, and share comes from this belief: that when we care for the world around us, the world within us flourishes too.

Dream it

We see a new world—one where food is grown without harming the Earth, where the human body thrives through real nutrition and meaningful connection, and where communities remember that we are not a burden to nature, but a blessing when we live in harmony with it. We dream of a future where humanity rises by nurturing what’s real, and where wellness, beauty, and belonging are part of everyday life.

Build it

Be clear, be confident and don’t oWe’re building that world with our hands in the soil. Our land is free of herbicides and pesticides, restored through years of regenerative care. Wellness grows here—through vibrant plants, happy animals, and the quiet intelligence of nature. Even our ranch robots are part of the dream, helping us tend the land with more precision and less harm, so that every harvest reflects the future we believe in.
